With an extensive background in the industry, including running his own development company, he brings his expert skillset and unmatched knowledge to TW Property. In his role as CEO, Terry is responsible for developing successful business strategies and overseeing the project management, property acquisition and documentation process.

Stevie-Lee has been with TW Property since its inception and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business. With over ten years of experience in property development and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, she has an in-depth understanding of the industry and is a valuable source of knowledge for the team and clients. As General Manager, Stevie-Lee is responsible for the management of staff and co-ordination of all business streams. A large focus of her role is engagement and relationship management with key external stakeholders, liaising with entities such as local and central government agencies, and commercial and industrial clients. Alongside her management function, Stevie-Lee continues to use her well-honed expertise in property development and has been involved in many of the larger scale developments delivered by TW Property across the North Island.

Portia brings over 20 years of experience in urban planning and development to her role at TW Property. Her career began in London, where she honed her skills in consenting for local government. Following this, Portia spent several years in the Middle East, involved in urban planning projects for large-scale city development from Abu Dhabi to Lebanon, Oman and Egypt. For the past 15 years, Portia has focused on revitalising communities within New Zealand. She has held leadership positions within local and central government, overseeing teams across Te Tai Tokerau, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Tairāwhiti, and Hawkes Bay. During this time, Portia successfully supported the delivery of over 1,170 projects valued at $2.2 billion. These projects encompassed infrastructure development, sustainable job creation, community empowerment, social inclusion initiatives, and community resilience building.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the industry and brings a well-rounded skillset to his role. As Senior Development Manager, Issac oversees a variety of development projects and has an in-depth knowledge of key areas such as the due diligence process, financial feasibility, plan change processes, resource consents, engineering approvals, construction, compliance, and title process. Issac manages large to medium scale residential and land developments for TW Property across the North Island.

Mitch has been with the TW Property team for three years and in this time has successfully delivered a number of residential housing developments in locations across the North Island including Masterton, Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne. In his role as a Development Manager, Mitch is responsible for initiating development opportunities, conducting feasibility analysis, undertaking due diligence, managing property developments from end-to-end and ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards. Mitch graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Business and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

He is well respected in the industry and has extensive knowledge around each construction phase. In his role as Senior Construction Delivery Manager, Mike oversees the entire construction process from start to finish, coordinating between the client, consultants and the construction team.

With a strong background in construction and an architectural eye for design, Tony ensures no detail is overlooked and delivers high quality residential projects throughout Hawke’s Bay.
