This development site was acquired by TW Property to complete two new builds, an office building and warehouse for national trade retailer, JA Russell, and a second building being designed for flexibility of use for either a commercial or light industrial client.
The development team had to overcome a few challenges to unlock this site for development, one issue being how best to manage traffic flows to and from the site, which is located on a main thoroughfare road in Hastings. This was solved in the way the development has been designed and resource consent was successfully navigated through the Hastings District Council.
