Terry May

Terry is renowned as a successful developer, having worked in commercial development in Wellington and Auckland before basing himself in Hawke’s Bay for the past 20 years. With an extensive background in the industry, including running his own development company, he brings his expert skillset and unmatched knowledge to TW Property. In his role as CEO, Terry is responsible for developing successful business strategies and overseeing the project management, property acquisition and documentation process.

Isaac Aitken

Isaac has a background in engineering and over 14 years of experience managing land development projects in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and NZ. He has a comprehensive understanding of the industry and brings a well-rounded skillset to his role.
As Senior Development Manager, Issac oversees a variety of development projects and has an in-depth knowledge of key areas such as the due diligence process, financial feasibility, plan change processes, resource consents, engineering approvals, construction, compliance, and title process. Issac manages large to medium scale residential and land developments for TW Property across the North Island.

Dayle McLauchlan

Dayle is a creative and analytical design leader with a focus on quality, functional, and financial viability of all developments, In his role as Pre Construction Manager, Dayle brings a proactive approach to the pre-construction phase, guiding projects through the collaborative design process to deliver well resolved solutions. His deep understanding of environmental, social, and cultural contexts ensures projects are developed as balanced, thoughtful design solutions whilst maintaining considered construction detailing.

With a keen financial acumen, Dayle strategically manages budgets and project costs, aligning design aspirations with commercial realities to optimise returns. His strong interest in architectural theory and its integration with construction processes ensures seamless project delivery of high-quality, cost-effective durable assets.

Carley Hewitt

Carley joined the TW Property Team in January 2023 and manages the day-to-day operations of the property development projects, ensuring each project runs smoothly and on time. Carley has an extensive background in operation and management roles in the property, legal, and real estate fields.

Matt Sproull

Matt has ten years of Civil Engineering experience specialising in geometric road design for numerous local government and private sector clients. His abilities extend into project management and construction supervision roles, providing a sound approach to TW Property’s land and property development projects.

Mitch Jackson

Mitch has been with the TW Property team for three years and in this time has successfully delivered a number of residential housing developments in locations across the North Island including Masterton, Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne.

In his role as a Development Manager, Mitch is responsible for initiating development opportunities, conducting feasibility analysis, undertaking due diligence, managing property developments from end-to-end and ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards. Mitch graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Business and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Josh Gimblett

Josh is experienced in the full scope of land and property development, undertaking key tasks in his day-to-day role such as the acquisition of property, feasibility analysis and project management. In his role as Development Manager for TW Property, Josh has successfully delivered multiple residential housing developments within Hawke’s Bay. Josh has a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and Management, specialising in Systems, Operations and Supply Chains and alongside working at TW Property, plays semi-professional rugby for the Hawke’s Bay Magpies.

Tony McHannigan

Tony has extensive experience in construction, having worked in the industry for 35 years. He is a qualified architectural draughtsman and builder and holds a NZ Certificate in Project Management. Tony previously ran his own residential building company for eight years before getting off the tools and taking the natural step into construction management.

With a strong background in construction and an architectural eye for design, Tony ensures no detail is overlooked and delivers high quality residential projects throughout Hawke’s Bay.

Tom Crasborn

Tom joins the TW Property team with an environmental and construction background. Tom has spent the past seven years working in Melbourne, most recently with a large builder managing procurement of sub-trades and contracts. Prior to that, he worked in for a property developer, managing the assessment and clean-up of contaminated sites for future development. As a Development Manager, Tom oversees the project from feasibility to project delivery. He brings his strong project management skill set and his in-depth knowledge of the property and building industries to his role.

Tom graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Resource Management. He also holds a Property Development Industry Diploma from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
